Functional and fairly clean hotel with exceptionally pleasant staff at the quality and personal service of the helpful knowledgeable staff. Fast check in and late check out. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The hotel was modern and clean, and I loved the sun terrace with swinging seats! The relaxing front desk area. Great access to highways made exploring easy.

Usual 3* Ibis. Nothing new to expect. But this one was worse than 4 or 5 others I used to stay before in other locations.

No free wifi, the provided internet connection on the computer was very poor. The htel charged extra 3 euros for smth we still do not know. The staff refused to provide free breakfast for ISIC holders although all of the ibis hotels do this.

The staff were very rude, particularly in the restaurant.

Ibis hotel in verona was one of the worest stops in my honeymoon tour in europe, imagin that they give us a twin bed room in our honeymoon and they say wait two to three days to find you a one bed room!! The room is reminding me of a army hospitals in the 1980s, small , smelly and every piece of the furniture doesnt even match with the other ,, no room service ir food in room! Its was a very bad experiens

Highly recommended for shopping. Everything was fine, the parking was on-site, the room was a nice size.

Good location, easy access both to city center and the highway, Free and big enough parking, Ideal for those traveling by car.

Flexible ways of payment, decent breakfast buffet, all employees spoke English and were helpful, good that they allow pets

Faraway from center and in weekend and holidays there is no public transportation and you'll need to walk 2 km to neareast bus station. The room did not have a minibar.

Good location - able to catch the bus into Verona town and to the train station. 2 free computers to use for the internet. Good selection for breakfast and reasonably priced. Hotel staff friendly and helpful with directions.

Unfriendly staff, bad localization - just next to the street with hookers, no enough place for parking, old rooms, dirt everywhere. Extremely bad hotel!
